Facilities

Our oceanfront Jr. Suites are perfect for small groups or "break-out" sessions, providing adequate space for 8-10 people to sit, and for work at an easel. They feature ocean views (and the sound of the ocean in the background), fireplaces and wet bars for refreshments.

Our ocean view lounge at the Spa offers an intimate setting for sessions of up to 12 people. It features an ocean view bay window, 16 ft. open beam ceilings with skylights, a Count Rumford fireplace (for exceptional heat on chilly foggy days or our wonderfully cool evenings), and restroom facilities.

Our oceanfront dining room is the ideal meeting space for mid-day to early evening sessions. It provides a peaceful ocean view setting, and features "soft" blinds that allow filtered light -- good for projected presentations. It can seat up to 30 in a variety of configurations, from group tables to conference and classroom settings. Or reserve the dining room and bar for your wrap-up celebration!

Grounds

Our acre-and-a-half grounds and the beach below provide excellent outdoor venues. There are benches set among the ocean grasses on the bluff overlooking the beach, and picnic tables and fire pits on the beach for both day and nighttime use.

Food and Beverage

A sumptuous, gourmet buffet breakfast -- included in the room rates -- is served each morning.

Luncheon can be ordered-in or prepared and served in any of our venues -- sit-down or buffet style.

And we can provide mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments as well as a Happy Hour.

Our kitchen supports an extensive banquet menu. And even that can be customized to suit guests' tastes.

Our restaurant, 'ZEBO, is normally open Wednesday thru Sunday evenings from 5:30 - 9:00 PM with normal restaurant seating. However, groups may take over the facility with custom seating arrangements. Our full bar and extensive wine cellar provides all the beverages one could want.

Electronics and Services

Despite our remote location, we have access to almost any electronic equipment - projection, audio or computing - that you may need. The entire property is a wireless internet hot spot on a high-speed ISDN backbone.

Our business office services include fax receipt and delivery, 24-hour telephone messaging, daily FedEx and UPS pick-up and delivery. We are happy to provide advance flight confirmation, check-in and boarding passes for supported airlines.

Transportation

International flights are available to and from San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK). Southwest Airlines recently opened service between Los Angeles and Santa Rosa. Group limousines and individual car rentals are available at all three.

Private flights via prop and jet can be booked in to the Little River airport, just 10 miles from the Inn. Rental cars are also available there, but aircraft refueling is not.

Group transportation among local venues is available via van and luxury stretch limousines.

Rates

Rather than offering packages and discounts, we have found that we can provide better service when we customize each event for the customer's needs, and that groups require more staff and service, rather than less. For mid-week and especially for off-season events, we will quote very aggressive rates.

For planning purposes, the inn generally costs $4,200 per night, for all 14 rooms -- single or double occupancy (plus 16% tax and service charge). A site fee of $75 per person (over 12 yrs. old) covers all planning, set-up and tear-down and sufficient staff to ensure all your needs are met.

If you wish a private dinner in the restaurant on a regularly-scheduled evening, there is a minimum charge of $1,500 for food and beverage. An 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage services.

Exclusive use of the spa is $500 per day plus any services provided.

All equipment and furnishing rentals required to support a group is provided at cost - i.e. there is no additional mark-up.
